UB ESPY comes in two flavors, one is Content Management where the service works only with one table application at a time providing data and images. Second, is Enterprise Content Management which spans across all tables and applications. With Enterprise the returns are based on table or application return grids. Therefore with Enterprise you can search across all tables and applications returning you hits from any one of the table applications. Let say you are looking for Billy Jones and this is your key words. Simply type in Billy Jones and your return locates HR, Payroll, Benefits and Projects grid applications, now simply pick any one grid click the column and view or chose another column grid.
